Susan Rice flatly denies leaking or exposing Trump officials

Former U.S. National Security Adviser Susan Rice is flatly denying allegations that she deliberately exposed the names of Trump team members who were incidentally swept up in intelligence gathering or leaked that information to the press.

The Trump administration has been trying to insist the big story is who leaked the possible information on Trump team members communicating with the Russians, but they have been unable to put to rest questions of possible collusion.

Normally names of Americans whose communications are gathered during intelligence operations are blacked out in reports, but it is legal for the National Security Adviser to have those names revealed, if they are critical to context.

Susan Rice told MSNBC, an American 24 hour news channel, any suggestion that intelligence on the Trump team was gathered for political purposes is just wrong.
