Putin admits Russia’s anti-doping system has failed

Russian President Vladimir Putin admitted the country's anti-doping system has failed. He urged to adhere to recommendations of the World Anti-Doping Agency and continue fight against doping in Russian sports. Russia came under scrutiny following last year's independent investigation into Russia's doping system which led to Russia's Athletics Federation and Russia's Paralympic team suspension from International competitions.
