NATO, Russia share troop movements data, disagree on Ukraine

Russia and NATO agreed to exchange information on their troop movements in Europe during their recent bilateral Counil meeting. The two sides discussed the buildup in the Baltic Sea region,the  situation in Afghanistan. Yet "clear disagreements" between the two sides on Ukrainian crisis remain, NATO noted.
