UN Calls for Ceasefire in Ukraine After Fighting Intensifies

With renewed fighting in eastern Ukraine, the United Nations is calling on all sides to stop fighting. 

In one town where the fighting has recently been intense, 17 thousand are reportedly without water, electricity or heat.
