Far right French presidential candidate Marine Le Pen has refused to repay 320 000 dollars to the European Parliament - for wages paid to her assistant, who the Parliament says never worked there.
That means Le Pen's salary as an MEP will be partly withheld, along with her expenses, until she pays up.
