Right to medication ruling could cost America's prisons billions

An important court ruling in America over the right to medical care for prisoners could cost state governments billions of dollars.

As our North American correspondent John Clarke reports, a judge has ordered Pennsylvania's corrections department to provide expensive Hepatitis C drugs to a prisoner, with the ruling possibly becoming a precedent for the whole country.
