Penalty phase underway in Charleston church shooting trial

The gunman who killed nine black worshippers at a South Carolina church says he won't present any evidence of mental illness in the penalty phase of his trial.

Dylann Roof, who is representing himself in court, was convicted last month on federal hate crime charges.
