Key Democrats not confident Sessions will uphold US Constitution

Key Democrats are not confident that Republican Jeff Sessions will uphold the U.S. Constitution and make difficult choices which go against White House policy if he is confirmed as the next U.S. Attorney General.

Senator Sesssions, a Republican from Alabama, is expected to pass the Judiciary Committee  nomination progress on a party line vote.

Senator Dianne Feinstein, a Democrat from California, says she does not believe Jeff Sessions will uphold the U.S. Constitution as U.S. Attorney General.
