British lawmakers have begun two days of debate on Brexit legislation that will clear the way for Prime Minister Theresa May to trigger Article 50, the mechanism for exiting the European Union.
There have been heated arguments on both sides with dissenters threatening to defy their own political parties. From London, Catherine Drew reports.
