MOSCOW VOWS RETALIATION OVER US SANCTIONS

Moscow has promised "reciprocal measures" in response to the expulsion of 35 of its diplomats from Washington over alleged interference in US elections.

Russia denies allegations of meddling in the presidential race and called the US move "aggressive" and "illegal".
