Outgoing U.S. Secretary of State, John Kerry, has made a last-ditch appeal for peace in the Middle East, despite the Obama administration's failed efforts to broker a deal.
His speech came hours after President-Elect Donald Trump (who is engaged in a direct dialogue with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu) called on Israel to 'stay strong' until he takes office on January 20th.
