American phone chip maker to fight Korean unfair trade practice ruling

American telephone chip-maker Qualcomm has been fined a record 850 million dollars by South Korean authorities for unfair trade practices.

The decision comes after a three-year investigation, but as our North American correspondent John Clarke reports, Qualcomm says it will fight the ruling
