Vladimir Putin says Aleppo war crimes accusations are 'rhetoric'

Russian President Vladimir Putin has dismissed suggestions by several Western leaders that Moscow could face war crimes charges over its bombing of Eastern Aleppo.  Putin called these accusations 'rhetoric'. Julia Lyubova reports from Moscow.
