US Secretary of State describes Russia’s role in Syria as “irresponsible”

US Secretary of State John Kerry has described Russia's backing of the
Syrian President as irresponsible and profoundly ill-advised.

The United States broke off talks with Russia on Monday accusing
Moscow of not doing enough to stop the fighting in Syria.
