People in Haiti are sheltering as the most powerful Atlantic hurricane
in nine years makes landfall. For one of the poorest countries in the
Western Hemisphere, Hurricane Matthew could leave another
humanitarian crisis in its wake. Our US correspondent Mimi Chiahemen
