UN human rights chief calls for veto-power limits to help solve Syria crisis

The United Nations human rights chief has again called for limits to
veto-powers in crises as severe as the situation in eastern Aleppo.
This comes amidst heavy Russian-led air strikes on the rebel-held
region that have killed more than 400 people, according to the world
body.

Mimi Chiahemen has more from the United Nations headquarters in New York.
