Accused NY bomber set to be arraigned Thursday

A lawyer representing a man accused of planting explosive devices in
New York and New Jersey says he's is set to be arraigned on Thursday.

During his arrest Ahmad Khan Rahami was injured in a shootout with
police and will appear in the courthouse via video link.
