Russia plays down nuclear capable missile deployment to Baltic base

Russia has played down its deployment of nuclear capable ballistic missiles to its base in Kaliningrad on the Baltic - after Poland, Estonia and Lithuania complained about it at the weekend.

The defense ministry says the deployment is just part of a regular drill.
