NORTH KOREAN SHIPS USING TANZANIA FLAG TO EVADE SANCTION

North Korean ships are using Tanzanian flags to help them by-pass economic sanctions, according to a news agency in South Korea. The investigation found that up to 50 vessels linked to the controversial country are using Tanzania's flag while transporting cargo at sea. Dan Ashby reports.
