Russia pauses Aleppo bombing 11 hours for four days

LEAD:

Russia says it will stop bombing eastern Aleppo for 11 hours each day for four day.  The Syrian government said a unilateral ceasefire backed by Russia had come into force to allow civilians and militants to leave Aleppo. Julia Lyubova reports from Moscow.
