UN Human Rights Chief condemns "excessive" force against civilian protester in DRC

The United Nations Human Rights Chief has condemned Congolese authorities, excessive use of force on civilian demonstrators. His statement comes after deadly clashes between anti-government protesters and security forces in the capital, Kinshasa.
