Storm Hermine Spares East Coast But Hurricane Threat Continues

Parts of the East Coast of the US are breathing a sigh of relief after a powerful storm system has drifted further east than forecast, diminishing the threat of damage over the Labour Day holiday weekend.

Tropical Storm Hermine, once a hurricane, has already hit parts of the southeast with high winds and heavy rains, and has been blamed for two deaths.
