A Chinese businesswoman is due in court in Tanzania to face charges of ivory trafficking in what is believed to be the world's biggest ever such case.
Yang Fenglan has become known as 'the Ivory Queen'.
She is accused of organising the smuggling of 700 elephant tusks worth two and a half million dollars.
