The FBI is investigating the police killing of an unarmed black man whose e-cigarette was reportedly mistaken for a weapon.
Police in the San Diego suburb of El Cajon shot and killed the man when he pulled an object that turned out to be an e-cigarette from his pocket and pointed it at a police officer.
