A report by a group of senior British MPs says the British and French-led overthrow of Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi in 2011 lacked a coherent strategy and was informed by inaccurate intelligence.
Britain's foreign affairs committee says the British and French-led intervention contributed to the rise of the so-called Islamic State in North Africa and is particularly critical of former Prime Minister David Cameron.
