US wants UN to OK additional 4,000 strong peacekeeping force in South Sudan

To beef up the United Nation's ability to protect civilians and key infrastructure in South Sudan, the United States is proposing that the UN Security Council authorize 4,000 more peacekeepers to serve in the capital Juba.
