Trump attacks Clinton during economy speech

Donald Trump attacked Hillary Clinton as a candidate of the past in a major economic policy speech to the Detroit Economic Club.

The Republican nominee promised additional details on his economic plans in the coming weeks, but did address trade, jobs and taxes.

Detroit itself continues to struggle, and he told the audience Hillary Clinton will only make things worse.
