Portugal's Guterres still leads race for UN chief

Portugal's former Prime Minster Antonio Guterres has topped the third
straw poll to decide the next United Nations' Secretary-General.

The 15-members of the Security Council have expressed their opinions
on the ten candidates as they try to whittle down the challengers.
