Former New Zealand Prime Minister Helen Clark has remained in seventh place, out of ten candidates, in the race to succeed Ban Ki Moon as UN Secretary General.
Ms. Clark received exactly the same number of votes in the latest, third straw poll of Security Council members as she did in the second round earlier in August.
