British Prime Minister David Cameron has warned his fellow MPs there are "choppy waters" ahead after Britain's voted in favour of Brexit, leaving the European Union, in a referendum last week.
Mr Cameron also condemned an apparent upturn in racially motivated attacks as Catherine Drew reports from London.
