UN call on Turkey to investigate alleged shooting

The chief human rights official at the United Nations has called on
Turkey to investigate an apparent shooting of unarmed civilians.

The incident occurred in the southeast of the country where Turkish
security forces have been engaged in operations against Kurdish rebel
group the PKK.
