Syria talks underway following Aleppo clashes

Syrian government forces and rebels have clashed near a supply route
into the city of Aleppo.

It's the first major government offensive in the area, for nearly a
year.. and came less than 24 hours before United Nations mediated
peace talks began in Geneva.
