24-hour "crucial" talks begin over UK's future in EU

EU and UK diplomats are undertaking a crucial 24 hours of talks to reach agreement on Britain's renegotiation of its membership of the European Union...

It comes after a meeting between UK Prime Minister David Cameron and European Council President Donald Tusk ended without agreement on Sunday night.
