U.S. sanctions businessman helping Syrian government buy oil from Islamic State

The United States government has sanctioned a Syrian businessman,
accused of facilitating oil sales between Islamic State and the Syrian
government


The measure is the latest in a series of actions being taken to
obstruct the militant group's funding
