Palestinian flag to fly at UN for first time

The Palestinian flag is being raised at the United Nations for the first time, after the world body earlier voted in favour.

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas has called it a "moment of hope" in its campaign to gain full statehood and UN membership.

Nick Harper reports from the UN headquarters in New York.
