Biden addresses Labor Day Parade in Pittsburgh

The United States Vice President Joe Biden has travelled to Pittsburgh
to take part in the city's Labor Day Parade.

A democratic stronghold- some see this as a way to garner support
before throwing his hat into the Presidential ring.

But joking with reports, Biden wasn't giving anything away.
