Amnesty International declares Russian artist 'prisoner of conscience'

Lead-in:

The Amnesty International group has declared a Russian artist to be a 'prisoner of conscience' after he was sentenced to 10 days in jail.  The artist  organised an anti-government demonstration in the Siberian city of Novosibirsk. Julia Lyubova has more.
