Boston Bomber's Defense Hopes to Avoid Death Penalty

The life of Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is on the line,
as his lawyers return to federal court to make their case that he
should be spared the death penalty. The defense will once again work
to paint Tsarnaev as a teen influenced by a radical older brother,
while the jury considers if he should pay for his crime with life in
prison or death.
