Varoufakis appeals to Germany for calm

Greek Finance Minister Yanis Varoufakis has written a column for a German newspaper, asking for Germans and Greeks to tone down their rhetoric. 

Relations between the two countries have grown tense amid negotiations over the terms of Greece's bailout.
