Labor Dispute Cripples Shipments to and from West Coast Ports

A crippling labor dispute on the west coast of the United States is disrupting billions of dollars in international trade. 

The US Labor Secretary is meeting with unionized dock workers and their employers, in an attempt to jump-start stalled contract talks.
