Kerry sending weapons to Ukraine is still being discussed

Secretary of State John Kerry says sending weapons to Ukraine will not defeat aggression from Russian-backed separatists but he did not rule it out altogether.

Both sides have violated a ceasefire in recent weeks but there has been a lull in fighting in the last 24 hours, raising hopes that the Minsk Agreement may hold.

Speaking at the House Foreign Affairs Committee, John Kerry said the administration was still discussing the possibility of further military assistance.
