ICC upholds acquittal of Congolese alleged war criminal, Matthew Ngudjolo Chui

An appeal by the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court against the acquittal of Matheui Ngudjolo Chui (PRON: Mat-chew n-ga-jo-lo che-oi) from the Democratic Republic of Congo has been rejected

It means he will not face a retrial for the war crimes and crimes against humanity charges which were dropped against him in December 2012.
