Ferguson Police Test Alternative to Traditional Guns

The Washington Post is reporting that some Ferguson officers are training with a device called simply THE ALTERNATIVE.

It shoots a ping-pong-ball sized object that can knock a suspect down and cause significant injury, but is not DEADLY.
