"Cash-for-access" rules must be applied say UK PM

The UK Prime Minister David Cameron says it is crucial that rules on MPs having second jobs are applied - after a new "cash-for-access" scandal…

Two former Foreign Secretary's are being investigated after being recorded by under-cover reporters offering their services for fees.

Sir Malcolm Rifkind and Jack Straw both deny any wrongdoing - an investigation is underway.
