Argentina's Congress votes to dissolve intelligence agency


Argentina's legislators have voted in favor of shutting down the country's current intelligence agency, and replacing it with a new one which will be accountable to Congress. 

The proposal was drafted by President Cristina Fernandez, following the suspect death of special prosecutor Alberto Nisman.
