UN Secretary General outraged over Paris Shooting

The United Nations Secretary General has expressed outrage over the attack in Paris on the satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo.

Speaking to UN journalists, Ban Ki-Moon called the attack despicable and a direct assault on a cornerstone of democracy.

His comments come as France and the international community are reeling from the brazen attack that left 12 people dead and 11 others injured.
