Reports: U.S. not likely to bring federal charges against Ferguson police officer

Media reports say that attorneys for the U.S. Justice Department are unlikely to bring civil rights charges against the police officer in Ferguson, Missouri who fatally shot black teen Michael Brown in August.

Brown's death sparked months of protests and a national discussion of how police treat minority communities.
