British Prime Minister threatens to withdraw from TV election debates

British Prime Minister David Cameron says he is not likely to participate in televised debates with other political leaders in the country's General Election unless the Green Party is allowed to take part.

The country's major broadcasters are proposing a series of debates that would not, as currently envisaged, include the Greens…..but would include another smaller political party, the anti-Europe UK Independence Party.

From London, Simon Marks reports.
