UK Home Office 'fails to deal' with foreign overstayers

It has been revealed the UK Home Office has failed to deal with more than 170-thousand foreign nationals who should have been removed from the country.

The details have emerged in a report released by the Independent Chief Inspector of Borders and Immigration in the UK.
