Pakistan lift moratorium on death penalty after Taliban attack kills 130 school children

Pakistan's prime minister is ending the country's moratorium on the death penalty after Taliban gunmen killed more than 130 children at a school.  

Tuesday's attack killed 132 students and nine teachers.  The nation is in mourning Wednesday as parents prepare to bury their children.  

People throughout the country staged overnight vigils and lit candles in memory of the children and adults killed in the attack in the northwestern city of Peshawar
